In keeping to the original method of Joseph Pilates, I believe intimate one to one teaching is essential to making positive and lasting changes in the body. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. Duet sessions with two people are available but only for those who are at the same fitness level.

During my ten years experience teaching Pilates, all of my clients have achieved a stronger sense of overall well-being as well as becoming more aware of their personal physical potential. I feel privileged to accompany their remarkable development on a daily basis.
